The Sun Patient Card is a prescription discount card program for people who do not have insurance or take medications that are not covered by their insurance plan.
All commonly prescribed medicines are covered. Savings may vary by drug and by pharmacy. Members should see savings for all prescriptions, even the $4.00 scripts available at some pharmacies!
Get Your Personalized Card Today! To receive your Sun Patient Card, please call us toll free to enroll at 866-662-1351. The Customer Care Representative will ask for some basic information, and send you an activated Sun Patient Card in the mail.
Take the card to your regular pharmacy, and they will enroll you in the program. Discounts apply right away! Already Have a Card? Often members receive Sun Patient Cards from their healthcare professionals:
If you have a card that has a Caremark CVS logo: Please call us at 1-866-662-1351 and we will send you a card for the new and improved program in the mail.
If you have a card that has the Walgreens logo: Please take the card to your regular pharmacy and the pharmacy will activate your card.
Member ID
Your member ID will be your 10 digit phone number, followed by your birthday.
The numbers need to be all together with no punctuation.
For example, if your phone number is 555-666-7777, and your birthday is 01/02/1940, your ID will be 555666777701021940
